INSIGHT PROCESS ENGINEERING
Providing engineering solutions for the process industries
Services
Engineering Design
Engineering design is more than a few
sketches on paper. Working out what is required to make a process affordable,
identifying potential hazards and calculating key engineering parameters such
as temperature and pressure are critical to ensure the plant meets the client's
requirements. This takes skills and experience, and we have got plenty of both!
We utilise state-of-the-art, advanced engineering design software as a standard
for all projects, big and small. Contact us to help you with your engineering
design needs.
Process Equipment
Every unit of operation is important in
the process. Any process is only as robust as the weakest link in the process. Working
with many combinations of equipment in various applications gives us great
knowledge and experience to supply just the right piece of equipment for your
project. We are a one-stop shop, so contact us to get the right equipment for
the job.
3D Laser Site Survey
Not many companies have
"as-built" drawings of their plants. Obtaining such data is no longer
a problem thanks to 3D laser scanning technology. We have in-house facilities
to scan and design plant modifications to deliver a visualisation of the
proposed end-result of your project. Contact us for details.
Project Management
Can anyone manage a project? Yes, but
only a select few can manage an engineering project. The difference with an
engineering project is having interpersonal skills to communicate openly and
respectfully as well as having detailed knowledge of engineering science to
contribute towards a successful project. Any project relies on teamwork, and we
will help lead the team to a successful outcome.
Process Safety and DSEAR Assessment
Safety is paramount in every plant and
process. This is key to protecting lives and your investment. Safety starts
with identifying what could go wrong so that we can find a solution. We can
assist you with HAZOP, LOPA, General Risk Assessments and more specialised
DSEAR Risk Assessments.
Process Trouble Shooting
There are many complex and varied
challenges in plant operation. Process extremes are never a good idea. Is your
process either too hot, cold, slow, or fast, or simply not working properly?
Perhaps you need a fresh pair of expert eyes to solve the root cause of your
process problem. Let us help you discover what is happening, and we'll find the
solution together.
About the company
Insight Process Engineering Limited was founded in 2011 to address the urgent need in the process industry to design bespoke process plants and to project manage in a responsive and adaptable manner.
Many promising engineering projects have failed to take off due to the fear of approaching large, often cumbersome, engineering teams provided by the big players in the engineering consulting industry. This is where we step in to help with small and medium-sized engineering projects. If you want to build an oil rig, then this is not the consultancy for you. But if you are looking for multi-skilled, professional engineers who are passionate about working with clients to execute affordable, high-quality projects, then you are in the right place.
We believe in delivering engineering projects that are operator-friendly, have high safety standards and meet both operational and budget requirements. In fact, we will advise you from the start what you can realistically achieve with your project budget and propose different options based on various cost ranges. There are no surprises, and you know exactly where your investment is going.
